Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If something is not right, contact us before sending anything back and we will guide you through the process.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right exists in addition to, and is not limited by, our 30-day return policy above.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the process and the return address for your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
